Refund & Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Tigerbody cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@tigerbody.nl so we can resolve this for you. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Tigerbody.
